We manufacture PP woven bags/sacks usually used for packing fertilizers, sugars, chemical goods, comfeeds (cattle food) and other agriculture products. We also produce box bags for our polyester fibers packaging. Our PP woven bags are manufactured in standard sizes ranging in between 50- 70cms in width. However, other sizes are also available per requests from our clients. In 2009 our annual production capacity is 8400 ton; it's about 90 million pieces of woven bags per year. We have improved our efficiency and increased our production by 20% compared to the previous year. That year, Kemilau Indah Permana Co. Ltd. has also expanded its businesses to add low-denier products inside our bags; they're normally used to package rice. We are equipped with 4 extrusion machines and 80 looms, and we employ about 500 local workers. In addition, we also own machines to print up to 5 colours on our bags to meet up with various demands of our customers. Since 1993, we have been exporting our goods overseas mainly to Europe. In the beginning we exported only about 30% of our production due to anti dumping policy. However, as we entered an era of globalization, Kemilau Indah Permana Co. Ltd. have increased the volumes of our exports since 1997. At the present, we export more than half of our goods to Europe and SouthEast Asia, and sell the remaining to a local market. Kemilau Indah Permana Co. Ltd. has successfully maintained a very good business relationship with our business affiliates and has become their long-term woven bags supplier because our company has kept our promises in delivering our products with high quality and on schedule. To consolidate our position as a woven bag producer in Indonesia, Kemilau Indah Permana Co. Ltd. has established our secondary offices in the 2 largest cities in Indonesia: Jakarta (West Java) and Surabaya (East Java). We also look forward to expanding our business to other countries.
